4️⃣The better you are at getting to the floor, remaining comfortable there & back up, the lower your fall risk!
5️⃣Sitting on the floor is great for your BRAIN! Coordinating multiple muscle group movements to get up & down increases neural connections… voila! Brain health improvements!
6️⃣Retain your independence. Being able to sit on the floor fosters this by enabling you to engage in a range of activities from playing with grandkids to gardening.
